After the first delivery of routines for your well-being, we continue with the
second installment of routines taken from the book of Elsa Pulset ‘
The book of small revolutions‘, which does not teach 250 routines express to improve our day-to-day.
In this case, given that the
spring asthenia affects all of us making us to a certain
gloom, we have collected
5 routines - that will help us to activate in the mornings. Take note if you want
your days to be more productive:
- Bath of blue light: The natural light of the morning is the source of life that we need to activate. The lack of light affects the production of melatonin and the neurotransmitters such as serotonin, in addition to disturbed our circadian rhythms. As the light increases our brain activity and productivity, the activity is to spend a few minutes aware to enjoy the benefits of natural light. I take a good bath of blue light!
- Awakening with yoga: Do morning yoga – in the same bed – it is perfect to activate the flow of blood, balance the hormonal system and detoxify the body. For a start, we will focus on our breath, and we will provide full service to all of our body for a few minutes. Elsa Pulset proposes 5 positions different, but we will propose you two, the ‘Posture of Sleep‘ and ‘thePosture of the Cat‘. The first consists of stretch on the back, flexing the knees to both sides and clasping the feet (type frog stretched). We will do 4 deep breaths. The second is to put the body lying on the back and lifting the legs - in the form of L -. The legs and hips should be above the level of the heart. 4 more breaths.
- Breakfast energizer: The breakfast more nutritious and vitamin is one that includes fruits and vegetables. For this reason, there is nothing better than a shake green as the one that I set out recently, or that Elsa Punset proposes in his book. If you prepare the ingredients the day before, make the juice only, we remove 5 minutes of our time.
- Laughter therapy express: When we laugh, we produce a chemical healthy for our body, what would come to be neurotransmitters and hormones such as dopamine or endorphins. Laughter has multiple benefits, aid to social cohesion, fosters creativity, helps the brain to relax and open up to new perspectives. In reality, we don't need a good reason to laugh, just laugh -even if it is mechanically – we already have a lot of cattle.
- Upbeat music: As I discussed in previous posts, where we talk about the benefits of music therapy, music has a therapeutic function which affects our mood and joy of living. When you think that you've raised with the wrong foot, get a music you active and makes you feel alive.
And remember, if you liked these routines, in the book of
Elsa Punset , you'll find a lot more
in function of the needs you have: brighten a bad day, dealing with the stress, rest and desonectar, etc
