home remedies that we can implement to whiten our teeth are, for example,
rubbing teeth with the inside peel of a banana after brushing your teeth or
rubbing your eyes for a minute and a half with the insides of an orange peel and brush half an hour after approximately.
It is also good
to apply on the teeth for 20 minutes a
paste of strawberry and baking soda, rinsed out later, and half an hour later, brushing her teeth. This is recommended to do
once every two weeks, because if not, the baking soda
may damage the enamel.
Finally, I recommend you
