How can we prevent ankle sprains?





The ankle sprains are one of the most common injuries of athletes. Sprains are injuries to the ligaments - tear or a strain - that normally appear when you exercise with intensity, and in the case of the ankle, in this post we're going to give a few tips to avoid them.
