If you are a dynamic woman, active and that will motivate the challenges the climbing is, without a doubt, a sport that you like. It has many benefits and can be practiced both at an indoor wall in a closed room as the air or directly on rocks and walls surrounded by nature.
Air, light, sun and peace will accompany us in these days in which we face Ourselves climbing and superándonos day-to-day.
Climbing requires more of technique than of strength and will help us to tone our muscles in a healthy way and entertaining. It is a way of practising sport by using our own body weight, but far from a gym and with the help of a partner that will trust fully, that we will help and guide you through our ascensions.
The climbing has a
large social component where it is easy to meet people that, like Us, want to enjoy some moments of fun sport that demands a great dose of concentration.
This is not a sport aerobic or much less, but stresses the muscular strength combined with the technique in a vertical plane. The main benefits are:
- Increased overall strength and relative strength, that is to say, in relationship with our own body weight. In the escalating fight against gravity to lift our own weight. The muscles of the arms and back are the most work.
- Work of balance and proprioception: to be subject to the grip in a manner consistent with the weight of our body, the stabilizing muscles are constantly working to improve our balance and to increase the total consciousness of our body.
- Burning calories
- Great mobility of our joints and flexibility to the hour to hold poses not at all natural that we help the ascent
- Great job of the core: the whole of our force and movements from the central area of our body because that is where are our stabilizer muscles
