It is expected that with the concomitant rise in the price reduce the intake of these products is attributed in great measure the responsibility for the increase in obesity, especially the children.
The problem has been the inclusion of an element associated at its outset with the entertainment and at the weekend in the daily routine of feeding. The result is more than alarming
since it relates to diabetes, cardiovascular risks, and of course, weight gain. Its high composition in refined carbohydrates, industrial, supplies us with instant way to sugar, making us insulin spikes. These are called simple carbohydrates, unhealthy and to be avoided or consumed in moderation.
