The
number of hours per day that is advisable to
sleep varies according to each person and also according to
the age, but
of average, it is normal that an
adult sleeps around
eight hours.
The ideal is that a person does not need
more than 10 minutes to fall asleep and when you wake up in the morning,
not back to sleep a little while, because otherwise, it would mean that you have a

- Adults between 26 and 64 years: Same as in the case of young people, the ideal is to sleep between 7 and 9 hours a day.
- Adults over 65 years: it is ideal to spend in bed between 7 and 8 hours a day.
This is the

ailments that produce
